Delete your Hiron account

Deleting your Hiron account is permanent and cannot be undone. As soon as you confirm, the deletion is processed automatically: your account and your data are removed from our systems, and there is no way to restore them afterwards.

Delete your account

For security, an account can only be deleted by its owner. Log in first. You will come back to this page and can confirm the deletion here.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: e-mail address, name and profile photo.
  • Your athlete profile and every answer you gave in the survey.
  • Your training plans and your whole training history.
  • Your conversations with the AI coach and the preferences it remembered about you.
  • Activities and wellness data from connected sources (Garmin, Strava and workouts recorded in the app), including GPS tracks.
  • Your passkeys, all login sessions and every push notification registration, on every device.

Deleting your Hiron account does not touch your Garmin Connect or Strava account. The workouts stored there belong to you and stay where they are.

What we keep

A few records stay behind once your account is gone. We keep them because we have to, and we strip out every piece of personal data we can:

  • Accounting records and invoices for payments you have made, together with the payment notifications from our provider Paddle. Tax and accounting law sets how long they have to be kept.
  • Technical audit logs of changes made in the system. Your e-mail address and your name are redacted from them during the deletion, and the entries themselves expire automatically after 12 months at the latest.
  • Technical logs: delivery records for e-mails and push notifications, and diagnostic records of requests to the AI service. Personal data is removed from them wherever we can, and most of them expire on their own after 3 to 12 months.
  • If you have ever written to our support team, that conversation stays with us as a record of the correspondence.

Subscription

If your account has an active Hiron subscription, it is cancelled automatically as part of the deletion, so no further payments are taken. You do not have to cancel it separately before deleting the account.

How to delete your account

  1. Log in to your Hiron account on this page.
  2. Choose “Delete my account” and confirm by typing your e-mail address.
  3. The account and all the data listed above are deleted automatically. No e-mail and no support request needed.

The same thing can be done inside the Hiron app: Profile → Delete account.
