Include your Hiron account email, device model, app version, what happened and when. For a missing activity, include its date and approximate start time. A screenshot of the error can help.
Never send passwords, login codes or API keys. Remove unrelated personal or health information from screenshots.
Watch integrations
Manage your connections in Profile → Integrations. If an activity is missing, first check that it has synced to your watch provider’s app. Contact us if it still does not appear in Hiron.
Direct COROS integration is planned and is not yet available. For now, connect COROS to Strava, then connect Strava in Hiron to import completed activities. This does not send Hiron training plans to COROS.
