Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Hiron, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Description of service

Hiron generates AI-assisted triathlon and running training plans based on data you provide and, where connected, data synced from Garmin. Plans adapt over time as you complete workouts and check in. Plans, analyses and chat answers are generated with AI and can contain mistakes. Treat them as suggestions and use your own judgement.

Health and safety disclaimer

Hiron's training suggestions are not medical advice and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified physician. Consult a doctor before starting any new training program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. You train at your own risk, and Hiron is not liable for injuries arising from following a plan.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Hiron, provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

User obligations

You agree to use Hiron lawfully, not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service, and not to share your account with others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the training and health data you provide.

Third-party integrations

Hiron integrates with Garmin to sync activity and wellness data. Your use of Garmin's services is subject to Garmin's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

Intellectual property

Hiron and its content, including generated training plans, software, and branding, are owned by Hiron prosta spółka akcyjna. You may use generated plans for your personal training, but may not copy or redistribute the service itself.

Paid features

Training plans, workout analyses and the weekly chat allowance are free. The only paid feature is one-time packs of extra chat credits, which let you start more conversations with the coach after your free weekly allowance is used. Packs are not a subscription: you pay once, nothing renews, and purchased credits do not expire. Free credits are always used first. Credits are tied to your account, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. Packs are sold only on our website; they are not sold inside the mobile apps. The price, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

Credits are added to your account immediately after payment. If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. This also covers the statutory right of withdrawal of EU and UK consumers. Once you start using a pack's credits, its digital content has been supplied and that pack can no longer be refunded, except where the law requires it — for example if the service did not work as described. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email, use paddle.net, or email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout. If you delete your Hiron account, any remaining purchased credits are deleted with it, so request a refund for an unused pack before deleting your account.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep Hiron available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiron and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including injuries related to following a training plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using Hiron and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of Hiron after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you use Hiron as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
